To whom it may concern,

I would like to change my birthdate on my vaccine certificate. The system gave wrong birthdate when I requested the Vaccine Certificate Please change it from February 19, 1994 to February 20, 1994. I might run into some problems in the future with any of my government documents.

  I would gladly appreciate it if this would be expedited as I will travel abroad tomorrow.
