Hello!
I have made a request twice now on vaxcertph for my records to be updated. It is only showing my booster shot but not my 1st and 2nd dose which are both pfizer shots. I have been trying to follow up to get my records updates yet no one has gotten back to me regarding this matter. This is very important for my international travel and I need it so my vax cert is accurate. 

1st doze: 6/8/21 - Pfizer
2nd doze: 6/29/21 - Pfizer

Please prepare your reference number generated thru Vaxcert.doh.gov.ph for verification purposes and ease of transaction.
