Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2022 09:21:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Assistance for Dental Health Problems. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. May we inform you that the Department of Health – Central Luzon Center for Health Development (DOH CLCHD) does not provide financial assistance to patients. On the other hand, the DOH-CLCHD sub-allotted funds to Local Government Unit (LGU) hospitals and DOH Hospitals in the region. The MAIPP provides support for all clinically indicated medical, surgical, high risk cases of obstetrics-gynecological, ophthalmological, dental, implants, medical devices and supplies. With regard to your request, we can refer you to Bulacan Medical Center for your dental extraction. However, Orthodontics cases and dental prophylaxis are considered as aesthetical cases that are not included in the service coverage of the said program.
