Good day, ma'am/sir. I kindly request information pertaining to the following:
1) 10 Leading Morbidity AND Mortality Cases Among Lower Age Groups (1-4, 5-9, 10-14 years)
2) 10 Leading Cases of Infant Mortality
These statistics are specifically sought for the Rizal Province, and if possible, I would appreciate a breakdown by city/municipality within Rizal or solely for Antipolo City. The time frame I am interested in is from 2017 to 2021.
This information would be beneficial for my architectural thesis. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
