Hi, I would like to request for the following:

1. Top 10 leading causes of maternal deaths in Rinconada District, Camarines Sur
2. Top 10 leading causes of Child mortality or health issues in Rinconada District, Camarines Sur
3. Top 10 leading causes of Infant mortality Rinconada District, Camarines Sur
4. Maternal Mortality Rate, Child Mortality Rate, and Infant Mortality Rate in Rinconada District, Camarines Sur ( Year 2015-2020)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

Per information from the Program Manager of the DOH Regional Office 5 Bicol (Bicol CHD), the data being requested is not available at the since this is a Municipal data.
