HI, I would like to request data regarding the total number of people/patients who got diagnostic lab tests at Sampaloc Medicare Community Hospital for the years 2022 & 2023. It could be hematology, urinalysis, blood chem. I hope you can give me data regarding this as this will help me in my feasibility study.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that  Sampaloc Medicare Community Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and is an LGU Hospital managed by Quezon LGU. We ask that you coordinate with the  Sampaloc Medicare Community Hospital for this data request
