Hello! I would like to ask for the following information for a research article I am writing:
1. Number of Filipinos who underwent dialysis, with demographics (age, sex, income class) from 2012-2023.
2. Number Filipinos with End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), with demographics (age, sex, income class), from 2012-2023.
3. Mortality rate of dialysis patients in the Philippines from 2011-2023.
4. Electronic copies of the latest available Annual Philippine Renal Registry Reports since 2012-2023.

The Philippines Registry of Persons with Disability (PRPWD) does not generate an annual report because the system was deployed last year 2022 in September.
