Hi! I would like to request the following:

1. Number of reported cases related to Asthma (if possible, per region)
2. Number of reported cases related to Allergy (if possible, per region)
3. Number of morbidity cases in asthma & allergy
4. List of allergy classifications reported in the Philippines
5. Reported cases of Allergy in regards with their age range:
  a.) Childhood (2-10 years old)
  b.) Adolescence (11-17 years old)
  c.) Young Adult (18-40 years old)
  d.) Adult (41-65 years old)
  e.) Elderly (>65 years old)
6. Reported cases of Asthma in regards with their age range:
  a.) Child

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the said requests are not available in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) reports. However, we have data on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), which can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials (FHSIS Annual Reports > Morbidity Diseases/Notifiable Diseases).
