1) The type of drug used
2) Pharmaceutical areas that prescribed the medication 
3) State of the patient whether recovering, deceased or incapacitated.

You asked for The number and statistical data of overdose related cases on prescription medication in NCR.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested. Please note that our  Drug and Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers only keep records on drug abuse. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at medata.gov.doh@gmail.com .Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
