Florida surgeon general Dr. Ladapo has safety concerns pertaining to concerning to the billions of DNA fragments found per dose in Pfizer and Moderna and Covid vaccines and he says those concerns have not been addressed by the FDA or the CDC. 

Request: 

1.	1.	Provide documents on RCTs (Randomized Clinical Trials) and Peer-reviewed studies which proves both Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines do not cause chromosomal instability.

I need urgent response. This request cannot be closed by any means.

Please give me response only relevant to what is being asked and refrain from sending irrelevant data and studies. Having been declared all COVID-vaccines as safe and effective by Philippine FDA and DOH, I am urgently anticipating the readiness of all the data being asked. Don't make me wait for months, this is urgent matter of national interest.
