Hi, I would like to request regarding  the heart mortality rate of every region in the Philippines that I'll be using in my Proposed topic which is Establishing  a Heart Center in the region that has a highest case of heart diseases:

1. Updated data of Region in the Philippines that has a:
    a. highest death case of heart diseases
    b. heart mortality rate in every region
