Good Day.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request your assistance in obtaining my COVID-19 vaccine certificate from Saudi Arabia for job requirements here in the Philippines. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the necessary apps or a mobile number from Saudi Arabia to complete this process on my own.

I kindly ask if you could provide guidance on how to obtain this certificate or if there is a way for you to assist me in obtaining a copy. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated, and it will enable me to fulfill the job requirements and contribute

You asked for covid 19 vaccine certificate.

Response to your request

Since you were not vaccinated in the Philippines, Unfortunately, the vaccination records may not be accessible by the central database which holds the data of recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine from the Philippines. Kindly request for proof of vaccination (i.e. vaccination card/vaccination certificate) from the country where you received your primary dose series, provided it has all the necessary information (personal details and vaccination details)

Your right to request a review
