Greetings! I respectfully request from your good office to provide helpful information about LINGAYEN DISTRICT HOSPITAL HEALTH STATISTICS:
-Total number of admissions of patients by month and annually.
-Natality 2015 - recent
-Mortality 2015 - recent
-Ten leading causes of Morbidity (all ages 2015-recent)
-Ten leading causes of Mortality (all ages 2015-recent)
-Total no. cases of Covid-19 Patients (recent)

You asked for LINGAYEN DISTRICT HOSPITAL HEALTH STATISTICS.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that Lingayen District hospital is not a DOH hospital and is managed by the LGU of Pangasinan. We suggest you coordinate directly with Lingayen District Hospital for this request.
