1. Patient demographics and the morbidity and mortality statistics in Marikina City.

2. Number of patients utilizing the Out Patient Department of the City Health Office (specified per disease/complaint). 

3. Number of patients utilizing the diagnostic and radiological services of the City Health Office (specified per service utilized). 

4. Fees of the services rendered by the City Health Office.

5. If possible, the financial statements of the City Health Office.
