I would like to request data regarding the current status of Pneumonia in 
Cebu City. 

In relation to this, we would like to ask for the following details;
1. Status of Pneumonia in Cebu City
2. Estimated number of cases
3. Morbidity and Mortality rate
4. Government programs for Pneumonia Patients
5. Number of pharmacists assigned for the city’s Rural Health Units and Barangay Health Centers

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that our DOH Regional Office in Cebu does not have custody of the requested data and we ask that you coordinate directly with the may email to Cebu City Health Department at their email address chd@cebucity.gov.ph  and cebucity.chd@gmail.com.
