I would like to request the population of people regarding the following cases that require Physical Rehabilitation:

2) Neuromuscular Conditions
3) Sports-related Conditions / Musculoskeletal Conditions
4) Orthopedic Conditions
5) Pulmonary Conditions
6) Cardiac Conditions
7) Neurological Conditions

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact we do not collect information on number of people that require physical rehabilitation.
