June 29, 2021 Dear Ma. Gilda Quiminales, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2021 10:11:09 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for The number of reported Spinal cord injury patients. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that we do not gather the data being requested. This data is handled for each hospital and we can only endorse this request for the DOH Hospitals as we do not have the jurisdiction over private and LGU hospitals. Should you need this data, kindly send a new eFOI request and specify which DOH Hospital would you need this data request. Refer to the DOH hospitals posted at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
