I am Arlie Joy Montano, a resident of Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental. I am currently doing my research proposal about a home for the aged, as a requirement for graduating students of Southland College in Kabankalan City.

In Lieu of this, I am inquiring from your good office the following data needed to complete my study:

1. Data or statistics of Dementia in Negros Occidental specifically in the 3rd district

2. Rate of Geriatric death due to abandonment or lack of support in Negros Occidental form year 2015

3. Guidelines on how to Design a Home for the Aged
