While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We can only provide the list of DOH Licensed/Accredited Health Facilities that you can find at the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/?page_id=154

Your right to request a review
