August 5, 2021 Dear Pierre Principe, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 25, 2021 07:47:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Anti Venom Availability in Northern Samar. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The DOH Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH Regional Office 8) informs us that the Province of Northern Samar has no available anti-venom. The office has not received Anti-venom since the fourth quarter of 2019 from the DOH HEMB, hence no allocation to the to the Northern Samar Provincial Hospital. Currently, the office is awaiting for the response from RITM and DOH HEMB after requests to the RITM were sent last January 25, March 2 and August 4, 2021.
