November 3, 2020 Dear Samsara Go, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 16, 2020 09:44:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for List of Accredited Laboratories / Facilities with Antigen Testing. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. The Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) has a list of licensed Covid-19 testing laboratories (please see our hfsrb.doh.gov.ph website). We do not have a list of facilities with Antigen Testing for it is not part of our licensed covid19 laboratories. Thank you.
