I refer to my letter of Aug 17, 2023 10:06:32 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Congestion Rate of Drug Rehabilitation Centers in Region V.

First, we inform you that we can only provide information from DOH DATRC Malinao Albay for this request, because we do not have jurisdiction over private rehabilitation centers, and this is the only Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DATRC) under DOH. Would still like this data?
