Hello, may I request a deletion of my previous request. I was trying to update my Vaxcert since the information was insufficient. However, Vaxcert is no longer in the works, and I was hoping to remove my previous request, tracking no. provided, due to privacy reasons.

You asked for REQUEST FOR DELETION OF PREVIOUS REQUEST.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 171 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.
