I would like the ff data for Lanang Premiere Hospital Davao :

-Annual number of laboratory and diagnostic tests conducted segregated by category e.g. Autopsy, Clinical Chemistry & all other available categories.
-Annual number of medical imaging processes conducted by category , e.g. Angiography, CT Scan and all other available categories.  
-Annual number of major and minor operations performed, segregated by type , e.g. Adhesiolysis, Amputation, and all other operations. 
-Annual number of morbidity cases, segregated by type/cause for all cases

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that Lanang Premiere Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and not under the jurisdiction of DOH. The DOH Hospitals are listed at the DOH website at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory.
