Hello, I am a 5th year BS Architecture student at PUP Sta. Mesa. I would like to request the following data that would help in my architectural thesis research:

1. List of facilities inside a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center
2. Level or Classification of Psychiatric Facilities (example: level 1, 2, 3)
3. Planning guidelines of a psychiatric facilities
4. Guidelines about research center (planning, space area requirements, etc.)
5. Guidelines about Museums
6. Guidelines about Auditoriums

https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/psychiatric-care-facility/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements for Psychiatric Care facility

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have guidelines for museums and auditoriums. For museums, we ask you to coordinate with the National Museum of The Philippines at https://www.nationalmuseum.gov.ph/ for this information.
