Hi, I am John Matthew D. Roldan, a 5th-year student of BS Architecture at Batangas State University. I would like to request a Certification letter to the City Health Office of Bacoor Cavite by supporting my Thesis proposal which is GABAY: "Gateway from Awareness for depression to Building Architecture for Youth" - A Proposed Rehabilitation Center for Depressive Disorder and Medical and Wellness Resort through Neuro Architecture in Bacoor Cavite.

This letter will use for Education purposes only. Your kindly response regarding this request will be appreciated for the success of this proposal.

Please be informed that the City Health Office is under the jurisdiction of the LGU. However, you may wish to contact the Bacoor LGU at their website at http://bacoor.gov.ph/ for this request.
