Good day! I would like to request the following information/data from the National Center for Mental Health for thesis purposes:
1. Number of abandoned mental health patients up to 2022 by age and gender.
2. Programs set forth for the abandoned patients.
3. Annual operational and maintenance costs for the NCMH, preferably, and if possibly, broken down (patient, facility, utilities, etc.).
4. Any plans of the NCMH for facility developments anywhere for any purposes (relocation, new satellite facility, etc.).
5. Site requirements for mental health facilities proposals.
