Good day..!
      Im ADONIS MC GABBY LL. DINGCONG a resident of Zone 10, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Iligan City, Lanao Del Norte. A staff from our City Health Office named TRIXIE FLORES called me about my swab test result and she said I was Positive so I've been quarantined since September 16, 2021 in my house alone until now.
      
     I asked her to email me a copy of my result but until now I did not received an email the of the said report which is needed at my workplace... and She said that there system is having a slowdown.

    Plss... Help po...

You asked for Swab Test Result.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that test results may not be requested from and released through the FOI portal as this constitutes a violation of the Data Privacy Act. Release and dissemination of the requested results is prohibited because it contains personal information of patients not for public consumption.

For follow ups regarding the results of swab tests, the testing center which conducted the swabbing would be the appropriate office to address this request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C.
