Hi, I would like to request for a cancellation of my vaxcert update request I created on August 08, 2023 (second dose not included). I just visited the hospital where I got my second dose shot and they said I just need to cancel my update request and try to request for Vaxcert again. I have urgent flight next week and I don't have a vaxcert yet. Thank you!

You asked for Vaxcert.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.

Don't worry, I already contacted Agent 171 from the Vaxcert Team and requested for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. Please expect her to call you on your phone number or you can call them at (02) 8651-7800 local 2432.
