Hi,

I would like to request for updates to my wife and my vaxcert as our boosters shots are not reflected in our certificates.  I also emailed the details to you back in December 2021, April 2023 and made a follow up email today August 8, 2023.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the encoding of
vaccination records is done by the concerned
vaccination center. If your vaccination record is
unavailable, the record may not have been
uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information
Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination
center.
For further assistance, you may contact the Vax Cert
Customer service. Here are the contact
details:

Kindly coordinate also with the LGU where you
received your vaccination and request for
assistance to generate your vaccination
certificate.
