I am writing for a request once more for your assistance in gathering data on dengue cases. I am sorry for the last request for not double checking my request. We'd like to know if it's possible to obtain PIDSR daily data on dengue cases in Cabadbaran City - CARAGA from your office from the years of 2013 to 2018.
We are looking forward to collect data on the following attributes:
- date (admission or entry), age, address (barangay, and street or purok), gender, data or disease reporting unit name, type of dengue
