I refer to my letter of Dec 21, 2023 12:15:35 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Children Admissions in Hospital per year in Central Luzon..

Please be informed that we can only provide data from DOH Hospitals. Kindly refer to the list of DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website and select a particular Hospital that you would prefer to have the data and inform us by replying to this thread.
