Hello! May I ask for the following data and documents?
1. Filipinos with End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), with demographics (age, sex, income class), from 2011-2022 (or until the latest)
2. Filipinos who underwent dialysis, with demographics (age, sex, income class) from 2011-2022 (or until the latest)
3. Filipinos who died of ESRD on dialysis from 2011-2021 (or until the latest)
4. electronic copies of the latest available Annual Philippine Renal Registry Reports since 2011-2022 (or until latest)
This is for a research we are doing.

1. Total number of dialysis machines from 2016 to 2922- split between public and private
2. Philhealth coverage for dialysis
a. Rates on single use and reuse sessions
b. Number of sessions covered in a year

1. Total number of dialysis machines from 2016 to 2022- split between public and private - we do not gather this data. Kindly directly coordinate with dialysis centers for this request.
2. We suggest you to directly coordinate with PhilHealth.
