Good day,I have been following up with DOH on their email and I tried to call the landline but I am not able to connect. I would like to have my Vaxcert updated in the system as my First Booster Pfizer Bivalent is not recorded. I have sent them emails and reminders but no reply. My reference tracking number is 2017211. Greg Hospital already encoded but no record on system.
Below is my vaccination details:
First dose (Pfizer) January 24, 2023 - Candelaria, Quezon
Second dose (Pfizer) February 14, 2023 - Candelaria, Quezon
First Booster (Pfizer Bivalent) July 31, 2023 -

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph so you can provide us the reference number from the VaxCert website or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435.
