2. Lists of Level 3 General Hospitals with specialty in the Philippines
3. Computation of Inpatient bed for Establishing New General Hospital 
4. Projected Number of Heart Disease cases in the Philippine 2020-2040
5. Projected number of mortality rate for Heart Diseases in the Philippine 2020-2040

Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the masterlist of Health facilities in the Philippines. Select for the facility type per region and download the data in Excel or CSV format

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not gather data on the Projected Number of Heart Disease cases in the Philippine 2020-2040 and Projected number of mortality rate for Heart Diseases in the Philippine 2020-2040
