Brigada GTV is working on a segment/episode featuring children who suffer from choking injuries. For the accuracy of the information that we will air on national television, we would like to request from your good office the latest data of how many hospitals have proper equipment for choking incidents.

You asked for Number of hospitals who have proper equipment for choking incidents..

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance 
we regret to inform you that we do not have the available data for the Number of hospitals who have proper equipment for choking incidents. The only available data that we have are injuries (e.g. vehicular accidents, traumas) and other cases like cancer, diabetes, kidney disease to name a few. 

The HEALTH EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BUREAU also provides Training for First Aid like choking incidents. 

We suggest that you may coordinate with the DOH HOSPITALS if they have available data on the matter.
