To whom it may concern,

Good day!

May I kindly request for the Memorandum of Agreement or contract between the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and mClinica regarding Electronic Drug Safety System (eDSS) mobile app. As a computer scientist that is deeply passionate about health, I wish to know more about various business cases in relation to health technology. I believe the venture between FDA and mClinica is a very good example of using health technology as a tool to improve Public Health.

Your kind understanding is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Regards,
Viktor
