Greetings of Peace.
Could you provide 
Specific All Cause Death Data from March 1, 2021 to September 30,  2022, with cause of death, among the following categories of covid 19 vaccinated filipinos, that is,
1) those who received one covid 19 vaccine injection;
2) those who received two covid 19 vaccine injections;
3) those who received three covid 19 vaccine injections;
4) those who received four covid 19 vaccine injections;
5) those who received five covid 19 vaccine injections, if there is any.
Your prompt response is highly appreciated.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the DOH Epidemiology Bureau does not have the requested information.
