I refer to my letter of Aug 13, 2023 07:07:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Floor plan/layout of any Level 1 Hospitals in the Philippines.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Which Level 1 Hospital do you  need a floor plan layout ?

     You may refer to the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website which contains a master list of health facilities in the Philippines at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList. The NHFR website contains data on the level of hospital and its Average Bed Capacity (ABC).

    Please be informed that we can only provide data from DOH Hospitals only. Here is  the list of DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory

You asked for Floor plan/layout of any Level 1 Hospitals in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the floor plan or layout of MT. CARMEL MEDICAL CENTER OF BULACAN CORPORATION and ALFONSO PONCE ENRILE MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL as these are not DOH hospitals and these are private hospitals. We ask that you coordinate with these hospitals for this request
