You asked for LIST OF SPACES AND ITS STANDARD DIMENSIONS FOR PT AND OT REHABILITATION CENTER.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Currently, stand alone therapy centers are not included in the list of facilities being regulated by the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) of the Department of Health and there no design guidelines as of date which articulates the site criteria for stand alone therapy centers
In lieu of this, you may refer to the Administrative Order (AO) No. 2016-0042 Guidelines in the Application of DOH Permit to Construct articulates the planning and design minimum requirements to establish hospitals and other health facilities in the country. Included in the said policy are annexes on Planning and Design Guidelines for Hospitals and other Health Facilities with provisions on hospital site and vicinity.
