I refer to my letter of Jul 17, 2023 05:02:51 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Assessment/evaluation of disaster preparedness of hospitals in region 9.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We'd like to inform you that we can only refer this request to DOH Hospitals only. Kindly check this list of DOH Hospitals in Zamboanga Peninsula (Region 9) at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory.  While, for other Region 9 Hospitals, it needs to be coordinated to them directly. Would you still want to proceed with DOH Hospitals only?
