Good day! I would like to ask for the data regarding the following:

1. List of names of malnourished school-age children in Dodan Elementary School of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

2. List of names of malnourished school-age children in  Lapi Elementary School of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

3. List of names of malnourished school-age children in Minanga Elementary School of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

4. List of names of malnourished school-age children in Baliuwag Elementary School of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

5. List of names of malnourished school-age children in Sisim Elementary School of Peñablanca, Cagayan.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have custody of information on malnourished school-age children of Elementary Schools in Peñablanca, Cagayan. We ask that you directly coordinate with the elementary schools in Cagayan for this request
