I am currently working on my J.D. thesis on E.O. No. 51 (Milk Code). I would like to request for a copy of the ff:

1. DOH Memo directed to FDA (Sept 5, 2011) which prohibits multinational firms that manufacture infant milk and other nutrition products in the country from using registered trademarks that may erode the efforts of the government to promote breastfeeding.
2. DOH Memo directed to FDA (Sept 10, 2012) on the Strict Enforcement on the Use of Intellectual Property-Registered Trademarks of Milk Products That Contain Health and Nutrition Claims or That May Undermine Breastfeeding.
