Hi, I would like to request for a census data or information for us, the 4th year  students of Emilio Aguinaldo College Cavite are conducting a research entitled "Relationship of eating habit and lifestyle changes of type 2 diabetic patients to their long term blood glucose monitoring during COVID-19 lockdown in Amadeo, Cavite"
