(https://verification.fda.gov.ph/Home.php) and specific information (e.g., license number, name of establishment, owner, address, activity, issuance date, and expiry date) can be obtained.
Step 1. On the FDA Verification Portal, click the “Drugstore” under “Drug Industry” Tab
Step 2. Click the “Search” Drop-Down Menu and click “Exact match”
Step 3. On the search field, type the details/information needed. You may ‘export’ the data
needed and download the file.
