Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 16, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Ob gynecologist.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that we cannot release medical records as this is in violation of Data Privacy Act. We request that you directly coordinate with the hospital and attending physician where you had your prenatal for this request
