Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 

Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) website at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines. You can select the facility type and the region where the facility is located, then download the data in Excel or CSV format. The data contains information on the health facility including its contact information and Average Bed Capacity (ABC)

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the Narra Municipal hospital, Aborlan Medicare hospital,  Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital and San Vicente District Hospital are not DOH Hospitals and these are LGU hospitals. Furthermore, we do not gather data on the medical services offered by these hospitals. We ask that you directly coordinate with these hospitals for this information
