Hi, I am Lucky Charles O. Almonia, a graduate student from the University of Southeastern Philippines in Davao City, and I am currently taking up MS in Development Administration major in Urban and Environmental Planning.

As part of my study entitled "Water Quality Assessment of Sirawan River in Toril Davao City: A Basis for Environmental Management Plan", I would like to request for the latest 5 years data of recorded diseases and illnesses in Barangay Eden and Barangay Bayabas in Toril, Davao City. 

Providing me with these data will help me on my studies.
