Hi I would like to know more on the supply chain of vaccines (1) from where are the vaccines procured and at what price as well as the (2) distribution of the vaccines given to our provinces (3) and how organizations such as WHO, UNICEF and PRC aid in the distribution. 

I would also like to know (4) the reported number of cases for measles, polio, tuberculosis, pertussis, and diphtheria
