I just want to raise a concern with regards my covid vaccine record. I tried yo generate a certificate on vaxcert.ph but it only shows 2 vaccines. I had my booster last Jan 7, 2022 at Robinsons Las Piñas. My 1st & 2nd dose was done in Bacoor LGU. Please I request for your assistance in this matter as I need this for my application abroad.
